If you're new to yoga, this is a great place to start! As you're learning, please be kind to yourself. Remember that yoga is a lifelong practice. It takes time to learn the poses and movements and to gain strength and balance.
If you are not used to being very active, you may wish to start with the Gentle Beginner Series below. If you are new to yoga, but are already physically active, you'll probably enjoy starting with our Active Beginner Series.
Please note that in any yoga class, all poses and movements are optional and you are encouraged to listen to your body and opt out of any pose or movement that is not suitable for you. If you have any health or mobility issues, please check with your healthcare provider before beginning a yoga practice.
