Teaching Ability: This is a Master Class

Class Description: A power vinyasa class with a slow soft beginning done in an infinity pattern that leads to multiple arc mandalas to lift the energy done in both open hip and squared hip; the class then moves to an intermission on the floor with a focus on back extension done from both belly and back, then rises again for a twist mandala that has multiple peak postures of Big Toe, all 3 variations, Revolved Triangle, Revolved Half Moon, and Easy Bird, followed by Leg Up the Wall pose, or Plow and Shoulder Stand to Savasana.
