Class Description: Beginner Vinyasa Class with a focus on external rotation of the hip done in a mandala format with complementary floorwork; includes Warrior 2, Modified Side Angle, Triangle, Scandasana, Standing Goddess, Tree standing and on floor, full Side Angle, Half Moon, Figure Four, Side Planks, Bound Angle, Reclined Goddess, Happy Baby and twists with Savasana on the belly
