Now that you know the primary movements for Attending the Spine, it's time to learn to place them together in a sequence, and eventually, into a class. Using the written mini sequences for Attending the Spine found in your Workshop Handout, in conjunction with the corresponding sequencing tutorials found below, you will learn numerous ways to attend to the spine. You will gain the knowledge of how to attend to the spine for any level practitioner, while still being able to maintain the feeling of flow by transitioning as you wish through multiple points of orientation in one sequence.
