Everything is energy. Anxiety has an energy associated with flight and scatters your world into pieces making it difficult to focus on any given task. When you experience anxiety, you are dealing with energy that literally lifts you off the ground, making it hard to settle yourself and perform life’s day-to-day demands. In order to control the constant feel of lift on the body, you need collected moments of stillness to decrease the wind that is stirring in the body and causing it to want to lift off the ground. Join Melody as she shares breath techniques that are calming and supportive of the nervous system, along with simple postures that remove wind from the body, and restorative poses that support stillness, allowing you to collect the scatter pieces of yourself and feel whole and grounded.
